根据校教务处要求，毕业班员工应于毕业学期完成个人信息的自查与变更，该信息将使用于毕业证书、学位证书上，并上报教育部进行电子注册。组织时间一般在每年4月中下旬，具体请关注教务处网上通知。
According to the requirements of the Academic Affairs Office of NUAA, the graduating students should complete the self-examination and change of personal information in the graduation semester. The information will be used on the graduation certificate and degree certificate, and reported to the Ministry of education for on-line registration. The time is generally in the middle and late April of each year.
